1. How to open an account?
Account creation is free, simple and quick. Choose between private or business account when accessing our homepage. Follow each individual step and enter your data. After confirming your registration email your account will be open for you. The system will automatically generate a password which can be changed after your first login to your account under the "Profile" section. Once this is complete you are advised to update all additional data. You should then verify yourself. This is done via uploading a personal utility bill (phone bill) as well as a copy of your passport (both sides) in PDF format. Businesses additionally have to submit trade registration.
2. How to make deposits?
You may pay via bank transfer or PAYPAL. Bank transfer: Click on Bank Transfer and enter amount, currency and TAN code. After clicking "Deposit Money" you will receive an email containing our bank account data and verification number. This data must be entered in your bank transfer form. Please be aware that you should process SEPA payments in Euros to save transaction cost. If transaction occurs through Dollars there is no SEPA transaction available. Deposit through bank transfer is accepted from payments of 100 Euros and upward. You should use PAYPAL to process deposits below this amount.
Paypal: Go to Paypal - Deposit money Enter your amount and currency and click on "Deposit Money". You will be taken to PayPal via or confirmation page. You will have to log into PAYPAL and confirm the amount.
3. Why will I require a TAN-List for 2pay4you?
We would like to guarantee secure transactions. Therefore we use a TAN system. We recommend you do not use old TAN codes and instead request new and updated codes regularly. If possible, copy your TAN codes into the required list and paste them wherever they are needed.
4. How to receive my TAN codes?
While you are logged into your account you may request a TAN list via the menu tab on the left. It will be forwarded to your email immediately.
5. How to request payout?
While accessing the internal area of our website, click on "Request Payout". Enter the desired amount as well as a new TAN code. Make sure to add your IBAN, BIC /SWIFT codes to your personal account data under "User Profile", or payments will not be possible to process. Your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT codes are available through your bank or here IBAN BIC/SWIFT-calculator. Prior to your first payout you must verify yourself.
6. Why do I need to verify myself?
According to international anti-money laundering laws, every private or business user must verify themselves through personal and address related information. When using 2pay4you you may complete this process while logged into your account by clicking on "Save Document"

7. How to pay and receive payments with PayPal and other Internet currencies?
2pay4you is an independent payment processing system. You may utilize PayPal for payments up to 100€ and payout options between 30€ to 100€. We are currently not connected to other online payment services than PayPal.
8. How high are your fees?
Owning a user account is free of charge. You will find an up to date list of fees here.
9. May I exchange currencies?
2pay4you is a professional currency changer. We are able to exchange through via up to date Dollar spot prices. Additional currencies will be added shortly.
10. May I pay in all online shops using 2pay4you?
We are actively seeking to cooperate with as many online partners as possible. If you find a shop which is not yet utilizing our payment system you may recommend us or forward us contact details pertaining to that shop.
11. May I send money to other 2pay4you users?
You may send money to other users via "Send Payment". You will require their email address and a valid TAN code. There will be a fee of 1% of the order amount.
12. What laws is 2pay4you bound by?
We are required to verify your identity and residence.

- we are required to monitor all unusual transactions that can be suspected to aid money laundering or if processed would lead to aid money laundering.
