Each request will be assigned to the Department/ employee in charge. Please choose among our 4 departments the right one , so that we can process your inquiry within 72 hours.
We accept only 1 ticket. Don't open the same ticket in the different sections. This is delaying our support replies. Otherwise the ticket will be sent back without any comment. Please write your ticket in English, if possible
